Payne-Lake Community Partners (PLCP) is a community development initiative operating at an arms-length distance in the Payne-Arcade and Phalen Corridor area of St. Paul and the Lake Street area in Minneapolis.  PLCP supports emerging models and knowledge that builds social and human capital, fosters engaged and more powerful communities, and creates wealth to revitalize corridors and their surrounding neighborhoods. Our goal is to promote an integrated approach to community development that builds mixed income, multi-cultural communities that work.

PLCP's most recent e-newsletter, "Payne-Lake Connections" is now available.  Click here to access the most recent edition, for past editions, check out the "What's New" page.
